Such touching and meaningful words.

Let us honour MM Lee’s legacy and move forward with a new spirit in the post-LKY era.

It’s time to Let Go, Let’s Grow, and collectively,

Let’s GO!

This is me. An Ordinary 62-year-old Man Who Loves Singapore and MM Lee Kuan Yew

Hi there, thanks for stopping by. By coming here, we both know we have our MM Lee in our hearts as well.

I am just an ordinary 62 year-old man. When I first heard of MM Lee’s passing, I was deeply devastated. For each of the 7 days, I wept for the man I watched on TV since young. To me, he is like a father I didn’t have.

At the end of the 7 days, we do mourn for the loss of an exceptional leader but come together to rejoice in MM Lee’s long and full life. With the renewed spirit let’s continue to build Singapore into one exceptional nation. I can imagine MM Lee saying,

“Go ahead, play the National Anthem: Majulah Singapura!”

Where does Singapore go from here? I had a spark of an idea: What if we get some interactions, discussions and participation on the grassroots level and for a start, put our contributions in a special book to commemorate MM Lee? How about we, as people of Singapore, embark on “The Next Singapore Story”?

Like the speech from MM Lee made to Singapore Press Club on 7th June 1996. It is just as relevant today, almost 20 years hence:

“The sky has turned brighter. There is a glorious rainbow that beckons those with the spirit of adventure, and there are rich findings at the end of that rainbow. To the young and the not-too-old, I say look at the horizon, find that rainbow, go ride it.” – Lee Kuan Yew

Therefore, I created this website for the excitement and celebration for our next era. We want to complete this before 30th May. This is not meant to be an exhaustive book covering all aspects but just two key topics:

  1. Unity in the midst of our present challenges
  2. Innovative leadership that will lead us to our future growth and prosperity.

In your own way, share how you think, feel, and what you want to do so that we can continue the great work of what MM Lee has already done. You can do so through contributing videos, poems, writings, artworks, photos, and songs in focusing on present Unity and future Innovation for Singapore.

All submissions must reach us by 23 May. The best submissions will be published in a commemorative book to be given to the Lee family.

Join me to present a very simple yet profound story because we will like to make it a reader-friendly book for the masses in honoring the memory of MM Lee.

He has done so much for us, what can we do to keep MM Lee’s dream alive?

MM Lee’s lifelong obsession, to make Singapore a better place, is an inspiration for all of us to…

Be More, Do More,

Get More & Give More.
